Fyrka Fjǫlkunnigr

A famous shield maiden who died during a battle in Wessex, Fyrka fought until her dying breath, taking many with her before finally being cut down in a bloody crescendo of metal and sinew. As she lay on the crimson-stained grass, a short smile etched itself across her face.

It was a feeling of happiness and excitement at the thought of seeing her fellow warriors and family in Valhalla. Yet, it was not to be. Instead Fyrka found herself escorted to something called “Judgment Day” by a spectral being that introduced itself as a reaper. Much was her dismay and disappointment when she found out that everything she knew and believed in was false, a mere superstition.

Though she was given the chance to accept and embrace this being that called itself the one true God, in genuine viking fashion, she refused to believe in a foreign truth. And thus she found herself in Hell. Where there once stood an outspoken, loud, and ferocious young woman; there was now a tall, silent, and brooding outcast… lost in a world she knew nothing of.
